Who we are
Rubbish Made Easy is a local rubbish and junk removal service operated by Indy, serving Southeast Melbourne, Victoria only. This site lets you request a collection or send a question.
What we collect
When you use the booking form or contact form, you may provide:
- Name, phone number, and email address
- Collection address (street, suburb, VIC, postcode)
- Preferred date/time, load size, waste type, and free-text notes
- Any message content you type in the contact form
We do not ask for payment card details on this site.
How we use it
We use your details only to:
- Reply about your enquiry, quote, or collection
- Schedule and carry out a job you requested
- Contact you about access, timing, or safety on site
We do not sell your personal information.
How messages reach us
Bookings and enquiries are sent through Web3Forms, a third-party form service, and then emailed to us. Web3Forms processes the submission so our private inbox is not shown on the public website. Their own privacy terms apply to that delivery step.
When you complete a booking, we may also send you an automatic confirmation email (with your reference and job details) via EmailJS, another third-party mail service. That message goes only to the email address you entered on the form.
Local browser storage
On the device where a booking is submitted, a copy may also be saved in the browser’s local storage so the owner dashboard can show recent jobs on that same browser. Clearing site data in your browser removes that local copy. It is not a shared cloud database across phones and computers.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking details only as long as needed to complete the job, follow up, and meet basic business record needs. You can ask us to delete contact details that are no longer required by messaging us via the site contact form.
Your choices
- You can contact us via the website forms without creating an account.
- Optional fields (for example phone on the contact form) can be left blank where allowed.
- To update or remove details you already sent, use the contact form and tell us what you need changed.
Security
No website is perfectly secure. We avoid publishing a private email address on the public pages and use a password-protected owner area for job management. Do not send highly sensitive information (passwords, government ID numbers, payment cards) through the forms.
Children
This service is aimed at adults arranging rubbish removal. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this page as the business or tooling changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
